Our Story
‘People like us are citizens of the world’ My mother in law reassured me as I vented my frustrations of having to return to a location from my childhood for a temporary time. I kept being reminded of the time before in my life when I was forced to move to the same location, but this time was different. (Timing in Locational Astrology can be just as important as the ACG and Paran lines, and is called Cyclocartography.) I grew up between Missouri, Miami, and Brazil. She grew up between the Dominican Republic, Spain, and Puerto Rico. She knew what I was feeling. Her husband grew up in between Italy and Venezuela. My children, her grandchildren, have blood relatives in not two, not four, but EIGHT different countries on this gorgeous, incredible planet we all call home.
PLACES HOLD OUR STORIES. These stories are activated in different parts of our life, at different times, for different reasons. They show us our own life story reflected in the lines that are completely unique to us based on our own birth chart. They show our relationship to ourselves, others, and the entire world around us. They can even give us details about our own ancestral stories and can provide us with a deeper understanding of our own roots.
I know what it can feel like to be from neither here nor there, and the complexities, struggles, and yet rewards that can arise from it. Each and every time I use locational astrology, it amazes me what a healing tool it can be for those who know this feeling. It is my intention to be of service and help my clients with whatever questions or struggles they have been through, celebrating both the good and the bad. My Sun in the 9th house is ruled by my Cancer Mercury conjunct my Midheaven in the 10th (Chiron also resides here). I aim to nurture and empower my clients through the incredible ancient art of astrology. I also studied to be a historian in college. I believe astrology and history are inseparable as both record patterns of events. Therefore I enjoy incorporating tidbits based on the history of locations and celestial patterns into my readings. With my Cancer MC/Capricorn IC (North Node on the IC conjunct the generational Uranus/Neptune conjunction), I also have a deep passion for Ancestry and often incorporate Ancestral Astrology into many of my chart readings as well.
